Important: Always use the original ".myshopify.com" domain that was generated when you signed up. Even if you've customized your domain name, the original one is required for logging in.

Shopify Login - Website

Go to the Shopify login page.
Enter the email address and password associated with your Shopify account.
Click the "Log in" button.

Direct Login to Shopify Admin Panel

If you own a Shopify store, go straight to your store's admin panel by appending "admin" to your store URL (e.g., https://yourstorename.myshopify.com/admin).
Enter your email and password to access the store's backend.

Logging in via Shopify Mobile App

Step 1: Download and Install the Shopify App from the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS).

Step 2: Open the App - Find and tap the Shopify app icon on your device.

Step 3: Initial Login - On the welcome screen, tap "Log in."

Step 4: Enter Your Email associated with your Shopify store.

Step 5: Tap "Next" or "Continue" and then enter your password.

Step 6: Tap the "Log in" button.

Step 7: Two-Factor Authentication (if enabled) - Enter the 2FA code from your authentication method (e.g., Google Authenticator) and tap "Log in."

Step 8: The app will direct you to your store's dashboard.

Switching Between Multiple Stores

Tap your profile icon or name in the bottom right corner.
Select the store you wish to manage.

Social Media Login (if enabled)

Some Shopify stores may allow login via social media accounts like Facebook or Google. Select your preferred platform and use your social media credentials to log in.

Shopify POS (Point of Sale) Login

Admin Login

Open the Shopify POS app.
Tap "Log in" and input your admin username and password.
Enter your 2FA code if prompted.
Choose the store and location.

Staff Login with PIN

After the admin has logged in, staff members can use their PINs to access the app.

Remote Login with Code

Generate a code on the POS app.
Enter the code on the activation page and log in using admin credentials.

Shopify Login for Partner Dashboard

If you are a Shopify Partner, you can log in at the Shopify Partner Dashboard.

Single Sign-On (SSO) Login for Shopify

If your Shopify account is set up with Single Sign-On (e.g., through Okta or Azure AD), log in via your organization's SSO portal.

Accessing Multiple Shopify Accounts

On Mobile

Open the Shopify app.
Tap the Account drawer (profile icon).
Select "Switch accounts" and then "Add account."
Log in with another Shopify account.

On Desktop

Use an incognito mode or a different browser profile to log into another account.

Recovering Your Shopify Password

Click the "Forgot your password?" or "Reset password" link on the login page.
Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Login

If you have enabled 2FA, you will need to enter a verification code from your chosen 2FA method in addition to your password.
