EcoReturns

• Now runs inside Shopify admin (Feature) - The merchant panel now runs inside Shopify admin, with Shopify's own look, navigation, banners and dialogs.
• Shippo integration for return labels (Integration) - Connect your own Shippo account to get rates and buy return labels directly from it.
• Quickshift reverse pickups with live tracking (Integration) - Quickshift is now available for reverse pickups, and shipment tracking updates automatically.
• Casa Loyalty integration (Integration) - When an item is returned, only the loyalty points earned on that item are reversed.
• Return routing in the warehouse editor (Feature) - Map a return warehouse to each warehouse so returns go to the right location.
• Redesigned Automations page (Feature) - A cleaner layout that makes rules easier to create and manage.
• Branded login for the unified dashboard (Feature) - The login page now shows your store's branding.
• Partner referral codes at plan selection (Feature) - Partners can share referral codes, and merchants can enter a code when they choose a plan to get the partner discount.
• Shopify returns stay in sync (Feature) - The Shopify return closes when you issue a refund or create an exchange order. A new toggle in Account Settings turns Shopify return creation on or off.
• Category tabs in the exchange catalog (Feature) - Shoppers can browse exchange products by category, and the top picks are now labelled "Recommended".
• Choose exchange quantity (Feature) - Shoppers can choose how many of the new item they want.
• More colour choices for Magento exchanges (Feature) - Shoppers exchanging for the same product can choose a different colour.
• Return policies can block replacements (Feature) - Set policies that don't allow replacements on chosen items.
• LimeChat WhatsApp controls per event (Integration) - Turn LimeChat WhatsApp messages on or off for each event from the Notifications page.
• Velocity API key sign-in and photo-based QC (Integration) - Connect Velocity with an API key, as recommended by Velocity. Quality checks now use the photo the customer uploaded instead of the catalog image.
• Better request and refund search (Feature) - Search requests by one field or all fields at once, and search refunds by coupon or gift card code, customer name, payout ID or payment reference.
• Failure alerts in the dashboard (Feature) - Get alerts in the dashboard notification bell and on Account Health when something needs your attention.
• Store timezone across the dashboard (Feature) - All times in the unified dashboard now show in your store's timezone.
• More data in store webhooks (Feature) - Webhooks now include the return reason, refund and pickup status, and proof-upload details.
• Bank and UPI details on requests (Feature) - The customer's bank account or UPI details now show on the request detail page.

EcoShip

• Shipping rules based on quoted rates (Feature) - Create courier rules based on quoted rates. Manage them on the new Shipping Rules page; their results show on New Shipment and Bulk Shipping.
• Bulk shipping courier board (Feature) - Each order gets a recommended courier. Move orders between couriers, then review and book them all at once.
• Live rate quotes for Velocity and iThink Logistics (Integration) - EcoShip now shows live rate quotes from Velocity and iThink Logistics.

EcoTrack

• 9 new carriers supported (Integration) - Shiprocket, XpressBees, Proship, Clickpost, iThink Logistics, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, Shipway and RapidShyp, which now shows the live shipment status.
